It’s a bit like Lego

Lego worked out a while back the amazing ‘build it kits’ they produced may be stifling children’s creativity. So they went back to what they know best and just gave kids the bricks and all those fun Lego little bits you need for building something amazing. As frankly, the kids had no idea what they wanted to build but they had everything at hand to create something new.

Apart from being adept at not treading on Lego bricks in the middle of the night, I always advocate for an 'anything is possible' approach. Whilst there are a million brilliant books out there to tell you how to build and run a business (and I recommend lots of them too – a well read leader is a good thing), but how you build your business is up to you. We might just show you where that extra brick could mean the difference between good and exceptional.
